(I was diagnosed with PCOS at age 18.) The symptoms you’re describing sound like PCOS symptoms more than anything. Anyone facing menstrual issues with these medications or due to lupus? An ultrasound of your ovaries can confirm PCOS if they didn’t do this when you were younger. My OB/GYN told me that it is important for women with PCOS to menstruate at least 4 times a year in order to reduce the risk of uterine cancer.
