Is there a drug that I can take to replace plaquenil? There are several drugs now that you can take instead of the plaquenil. these type of drugs they have now work in a different way then the methotrexate and plaquenil. most of these drugs you will still take the methotrexate. i researched these drugs before i made my decision and so for myself i started on the enbril and boy what a difference.
